Hello, beautiful people!
I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted on my blog, but I’m excited to share a post. Life has been pretty full which means that I must focus on the all that is good and positive in order to stay balanced and inspired. I wore my “Good Vibes Only” tee as a reminder to surround myself with good things and people as much as possible.
I wore this outfit Sunday and I enjoyed putting this look together. I love graphic tees and prints and made a really cool, chic look. I rolled my sleeves up and tied a little knot and threw on my favorite leopard print skirt.
I wore some sandal and added my pink handbag and earrings.
FYI my graphic tee is from Rue 21 (men’s department which has better graphic tees from personal observation).
It feels so good to share this post with you! Feel free to let me know what you think!
Talk to you soon! I can’t wait to share my vacation to California with you too!
Hey, lovely people!
I had to share my outfit I wore to a wedding this past Saturday! Initially, I was going to dress more formal but, I decided to do something different. I wore a maxi dress. I got it from Rainbow. I wore gold sandals and gold bracelets to match the gold chain on the neck of the dress.
I borrowed my sister’s Jessica Simpson handbag. I got a lot of compliments on my outfit. I love that I looked great without being uncomfortable.
Thanks for reading and I’ll talk to you soon!
Happy New Year, beautiful people!
It’s officially 2016! It seems 2015 flew by. I have grown so much that it’s amazing. I hope that you have grown in wisdom, peace, and happiness. I have learned how to find beauty in the most challenging situations.
I believe that 2016 is filled with so many amazing things, opportunities, beautiful encounters with beautiful people, and an abundance of blessings. I want to thank all of my readers and followers for showing so much love over the past few years! I am ecstatic about sharing more with you!
With sincerest regards,
I hope this holiday season brings so much joy, love, and peace to your lives!
Suicide, depression, psychosis, self – mutilation, trauma, abuse, homicidal thoughts are just a few situations that I encounter on a daily basis with children and adolescents. I spend countless hours in emergency rooms, schools, homes, and hospitals responding to crisis. If I am not assessing, I am on the road or doing a lot of paperwork. Over the past few months, I have been adjusting to my new role as a crisis counselor. This is why I haven’t been blogging on a regular basis like I normally do. I want to send a special shout out to a blog sister of mine who actually reached out to me recently because of my hiatus. Thanks Hil for checking on a sister…please go support and follow her https://hilthethrill.wordpress.com.
I wanted to share my look from yesterday. The goal for my crisis style is to be professional and chic. I make sure that I am comfortable so, no heels allowed. So, I rely on cute sandals and flats. My outfit is from Rainbow plus. I recently got my pants for $7. My beaded necklace is from Walmart $3.
I got this tote last spring from TJ Maxx $24.99. I needed something that was professional and efficient for what I have to do. It holds a lot. I found this cute little key chain at a fundraiser. It adds a little flair to tote.
I have been wearing my hair in Havana twist. They are super convenient for my busy schedule. I wore some pink lipstick to add a little life to my face when I don’t have time or energy to add any other makeup.
