Hi beautiful people!

Here’s two fun, summer looks I created with one dress.  I changed the accessories and shoes.  The easiest way to create different looks is to change up your accessories.

Style Inspiration: Sophisticated Summer Style

It has been a while since I’ve done a Style Inspiration.  I created this sophisticated look for summer.  I chose this yellow, sleeveless dress because it’s sleek and simple. I love the embellished collar and the waist tie. I chose to pair the dress with a tropical printed clutch. The shoes and jewelry compliment the clutch. This look is great for special occasions like weddings or church.

Closet Chic: Simple & Stylish Saturday

Hey peeps!

I wanted to share my look from Saturday.

My dress is from Forever 21+ it’s super comfy and stylish at the same time.  It was $14.60 online. I am looking forward to playing around with dressing it up and down. My shoes are from Just Fab.  I got them last spring but I’m not sure if they are still available (the name is Fairfax).
My jewelry was red, gold, and Brown to match my wedges.

Closet Chic: Casual Chic OOTD

Closet Chic

Good Morning!

I wanted to share an outfit that I wore over the past weekend.  It was an oversized sweater, leggings, and some boots.  It’s simple and cute.  I chose blue leggings instead of black to add some color to this look.  I also carried a blue Liz Claiborne tablet case turned clutch to accent my look.  I got the clutch during my trip to New Orleans.  I also wore some blue oval studs.

One Dress Two Different Outfits

Closet Chic

I created two different looks using this dress.  I wanted give an example of how you can create different looks using a dress.

The first look is casual but trendy with a trench coat, flat boot, simple stud earrings, and a colorful handbag.  This look is great for a  lunch date or just going out.

The second look is dressier than the first look.  The dress is paired with a dressy peplum-styled jacket.  I chose black and gold zipper accented peep-toe booties and and a black and gold studded handbag with some earrings.  This look is great for dressier event or dinner date.
