Closet Chic: Pink & Stripes

Hey Everyone!

I wanted to share this look that I wore a few weeks ago.  I got the dress from Target for about $10.  I have had this dress for a while but I finally pulled it out and put it on.  It’s super comfortable and I don’t have to iron…yay (I try to avoid ironing).   FYI I got this dress from the maternity section…no, I’m not preggers or have been.  I just liked this dress.   Talk to you soon!

Style Inspiration: Two Different Looks with a T-Shirt

I’m the kinda girl who loves and has lots of t-shirts. I love dressing for the fall and winter.  An easy way to transition to cooler weather is to add a blazer or jacket to a t-shirt.   I created two different looks using the same t-shirt.

Look 1

The floral tee is the foundation to this look. I picked  pants and earrings that had colors similar to the tee. I used a textured gray blazer and boots to add more edge to the look.  This look is simple.

Look 2

This look has different accessories and colors. It’s softer and a little dressier with the handbag and booties.

Hi Beautiful people!
This look is simple but very chic.  I love the subtlety of pastel colors.  Adding pastel colors to edgier garments softens the look.  I thought that this crop top is very funky and cool.  The leather shoes  and leather watch bracelet paired with the pastel handbag and earrings work well together. This great for going out on a casual date or just going out with friends.  You can opt for a pair of black gladiator sandals if you’re not feeling heels.

Style Inspiration: Fun and Flirty

Here’s a look I created for a party or festive event. This look is flirty and colorful. Ladies, if you have a solid color dress similar to this all you have to add unique accessories and shoes. The accessories are statement pieces are very simple. You don’t have to overwhelm your look with statement accessories.

I love graphic t-shirts.  I created this look using one of my favorite NBA teams.  This is how you accessorize and use color.  Very simple but bold.
